Welcome to The Yoga Lounge Virtual Studio.  We are a blissful, Hatha based yoga studio in beautiful New Smyrna Beach, Florida. We believe in offering yoga in a compassionate and nonjudgemental way. By delivering expert yoga instruction in a loving manner, it is our hope that you discover your own personal practice and cultivate your optimal state of health, wellness and inner peace.  Our virtual studio is an extension of our in studio offerings, featuring a robust library of yoga classes, tutorials and meditations for living mindfully. All videos are led by experienced, certified yoga  instructors from The Yoga Lounge,  delivering high quality  instruction to grow your home practice. ​

Whatever your reason for coming, we welcome you and are so happy to guide you in your personal yoga practice. Remember, the only thing you need to do in a yoga class is show up on  your mat and breathe. The rest is optional. Trust, relax and let go.
